Austin Merrick d7b3f26681 docs: rename coding-agents to build-with-agents ...

Prep for OSS-133 — lands the unblocked routing + sidebar pieces while
the content rewrite waits on the copilotkit/skills monorepo migration.

- Rename /coding-agents → /build-with-agents (root + 13 integrations)
- Retitle "Coding Agents" → "Build with agents"
- Add 14 permanent redirects from old routes
- Repoint 11 existing /mcp and /vibe-coding-mcp redirects
