Claude a3618c1178 feat(angular): wire web-inspector via showDevConsole config ...

Add `showDevConsole?: boolean | "auto"` to `CopilotKitConfig`, mirroring
the React v2 `CopilotKitProvider` prop. When enabled, the `CopilotKit`
service mounts the framework-agnostic Lit element exported by
`@copilotkit/web-inspector` and tears it down on service destroy.

- `true`: always mount.
- `"auto"`: mount only on `localhost` / `127.0.0.1`.
- `false` / undefined: never mount (default).

The dynamic import is hidden behind an injectable `InspectorLoader`
token so tests can stub the module without pulling in the real Lit
element. Closes parity gap tracked in
https://github.com/CopilotKit/CopilotKit/issues/3172.
