Alem Tuzlak 5a5c89d45c feat(showcase): register built-in-agent in catalog with manifest + docs links ...

Add manifest.yaml, docs-links.json, tsconfig.json, next.config.ts, and
postcss.config.mjs for the built-in-agent package, and insert the slug
into showcase/shared/packages.json so it appears in the shell catalog.
