1. `cs` 是独立安装单元，运行时不要依赖其他技能包共享口径；行动规则、原则、模板和脚本都放在同一个 skill 内。

2. 项目稳定需求和架构考量沉淀到 `.cs/spec/`，复杂操作经验沉淀到 `.cs/notes/`；几乎每次启动都必须知道的短规则直接写入项目已有 `AGENTS.md` 或 `CLAUDE.md`，不要另建 `.cs/facts.md`，也不要在两个指令文件里重复。

增加、更新技能时注意更新其他相关技能中的表述。

Markdown 应当适当精简，但不设统一行数上限；核心结构、背景、原则和契约完整留在主叙事中，只把场景化细节按渐进式披露拆到相邻资源。

## 原则

### 内容独立性
|
|
任何的外部依赖都会增加隐患，即依赖变动后，内部的流程将会遭到影响。因此最佳的方式是减少外部的依赖，保持内部的独立性或者依赖稳定的外部来源。

### 语言风格
|
|
缩写传递的信息更加丰富，但是会造成阅读者的理解困难，不要为了字数或者行数而将语义压缩到更少的词汇中，保持语言的易理解性。
