* docs: update README — add blog link, lead with agent skill, fix examples, remove stale benchmarks

* docs: add LICENSE, sync package README from root, add bug reporting guidance

- Add MIT LICENSE to repo root
- Copy root README into package at prepack time instead of maintaining two copies
- Add 'Reporting bugs' section encouraging AI-assisted diagnosis

* fix: update LICENSE copyright to Cloudflare, Inc.
