* fix: improve Drizzle/Postgres coverage in create-auth skill

- Fix skill name to match folder name (create-auth-skill → create-auth)
- Add production migration commands (drizzle-kit generate + migrate)
- Add note that drizzle-kit push is dev-only
- Expand adapter table to show pg/mysql/sqlite provider variants
- Add db initialization examples for node-postgres, postgres.js, and Neon
- Add drizzle.config.ts example required for drizzle-kit commands
- Improve Phase 1 scan to detect Drizzle dialect and driver from config

- best-practices: note postgres.js and Neon as valid Postgres drivers

- organization: fix missing @latest in CLI migrate command
- twoFactor: fix missing @latest in CLI migrate command

Alan Pope 6a1636950a docs: improve skill descriptions and content quality (#8) 
Enhance all 6 skills with better descriptions (concrete actions, trigger
terms, "Use when..." clauses) and tighter content (remove explanatory text
Claude already knows, add setup workflows with validation steps, trim
oversized files under 500 lines).

Score improvements (tessl skill review):

Key changes:
- All descriptions now include specific actions and "Use when..." clauses
- Removed redundant explanations of concepts (CSRF, PKCE, scrypt, etc.)
- Added numbered setup workflows with verification steps
- Trimmed organization (587→480 lines) and security (645→433 lines)
- Condensed verbose code examples and inline documentation
