Add references/focus-patterns.md covering FocusState, focusable views,
FocusedValue/FocusedBinding/FocusedObject, default focus, focus scope
and sections, focus effects, search focus, and common pitfalls.
Update SKILL.md with Topic Router entry, References entry, and two
Correctness Checklist items for focus. Replace inline @FocusState
section in state-management.md with cross-reference to the new file.

Refactor SKILL.md from 282 to 102 lines by removing duplicated
reference content (Core Guidelines, Quick Reference, Review Checklist,
Philosophy) and replacing it with an imperative operating guide:
Operating Rules, Task Workflow with shared Topic Router, and a compact
correctness-only checklist.
Migrate the "only adopt Liquid Glass when explicitly requested"
guardrail into references/liquid-glass.md so it is preserved in the
reference file.
Add agents/openai.yaml for Codex/OpenAI-compatible tooling and a
corresponding install option in the README.

Trim verbose content across 6 files:
- charts.md: 707→602 (-105) — strip Chart wrappers from mark
examples, collapse enum lists inline, remove obvious descriptions,
shorten Selection/ChartProxy/Composing sections
- macos-scenes.md: 415→314 (-101) — shorten Settings/MenuBarExtra/
DocumentGroup examples
- macos-window-styling.md: 408→303 (-105) — merge Commands examples,
shorten NavigationSplitView, combine window sizing blocks
- latest-apis.md: 547→452 (-95) — replace duplicate @Observable block
with cross-ref, collapse onChange/presentation/layout to bullets
- macos-views.md: 422→357 (-65) — merge split view examples, trim
file operations and NSViewRepresentable boilerplate
- state-management.md: 452→415 (-37) — shorten @FocusState, @Binding,
@StateObject examples
Total references: 6,837→6,421 lines (-416, ~6% further reduction).
Combined with prior PR #41 reductions: ~7,998→6,421 (~20% total).
