- Add cross-version diff test and version-order validation test
- Add antd_semantic success test and partial v1/v2 test for MCP
- spec.md: "dedup" → "avoid duplicate calls"
- README: add note about --version flag for MCP server

- Fix changelog version routing bug in `diff.ts`: querying
`antd changelog 6.3.2` now auto-detects major version from the
version argument itself instead of always defaulting to v5
- Fix README: remove non-existent --no-cache flag, fix feature
descriptions, add real CLI output examples, update version examples
to use versions that actually exist in the bundled data
- Update tests to match real data (5.21.0 has Segmented not Button;
