afc163 962d8bf18b Fix TS errors, expand migration data, add CI and tests 
- Fix TS2783 duplicate property in diff.ts
- Fix loadMetadata call signature mismatch across 7 command files
- Split migrate.ts: extract v4→v5 (34 steps) and v5→v6 (42 steps)
  migration data into separate files
- Supplement v4→v5 with Slider tooltip, Table filterDropdownOpen,
  Drawer style/className, notification.close→destroy, message.warn
- Rewrite v5→v6 based on official migration doc: React 18, icons v6,
  40+ component API deprecations, Form.List, Tag margin, mask blur
- Simplify CI to single Node 22, fix build→test ordering
- Add 26 new tests (scan.ts unit tests + CLI edge cases): 52→78 total
