Fixes that the runtime implementation of `ɵɵngDeclareDirective` was interpreting the `hostDirectives` mapping incorrectly. Instead of treating the inputs/outputs as `['binding', 'alias']` arrays, it was parsing them as `['binding: alias']`. This was leading to runtime errors if a user is consuming a partially-compiled library in JIT mode.

To allow improving search reputation for a.dev we added canonical
links on a.io to point to a.dev and self-referential links on
a.dev. For search engines to pick up these canonical links, we
need to allow crawling on a.io again.

With the promotion of adev to stable and being the official docs site for angular. Requests to angular.io root, but not its
subpages, should be redirected to angular.dev. Requests to paths on angular.io however will still serve as requested.

The SecondaryNavigation component was updating state outside of an event handler
without notifying about this change. Modeling state as signal should take
care of proper UI updates (note that I did just a mechanical change here, maybe
there are better ways of dealing with this animations case).

Provide a thorough explanation of why third-party libraries should be created outside
of the Angular zone. Using a statement like "authored with Zone.js in mind" may seem
unusual because third-party libraries typically do not have knowledge of Zone.js, nor
should they be developed with it in mind. Therefore, we revise this explanation accordingly.
Additionally, include a section on handling events originating from third-party APIs.

We removed display of the Git SHA in Angular DevTools in https://github.com/angular/angular/pull/55694, so there is no longer a need to stamp release builds in Chrome or Firefox.
I opted to leave a `--config snapshot-build-firefox` option as a no-op which a reader could follow to a comment explaining exactly _why_ we can't stamp Firefox releases. This should hopefully make it less likely that we forget and attempt to re-add this feature in the future only to encounter the same release problems.

This stamping is interfering with publishing to the Firefox addons store by brining in the entirety of the `.git` directory as part of the source code necessary for a reproducible build, which Firefox requires as part of it's approval process.
In it's place, we are now using the extension version pulled from the manifest.

Related to #51131, this change ensures that the router navigation exits
the current event loop before rendering the route when the view transition
feature is enabled, when the browser does not support view transitions.

This key comes from the release build of the Chrome extension. Setting it here configures the extension ID of a local build to match the extension ID of the public release. This makes Chrome recognize that local builds are the same extension leading to more intuitive behavior. It's also useful for allowlists of extension IDs to keep the local ID consistent.

Fixes that we didn't have the MathML elements in the schema. Note that we can't discover which tag names are available by looking at globally-available classes, because all MathML elements are `MathMLElement` rather than something like `SVGCircleElement`. As such, I ended up having to hardcode the currently-available tags.
