alchain 300b706c99 docs: make README runtime-neutral (Agent Skills standard) 
Replace Claude-Code-specific framing with cross-runtime language so
the skill is recognized as installable by any skills-compatible agent
(Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes, CodeBuddy, Workbuddy,
Gemini CLI, OpenCode, etc.).

- Swap Claude Code badge for Agent Skills + skills.sh + Multi-Runtime
- Rewrite Install section: one-line (npx skills add auto-detects),
  manual per-runtime paths, and use-as-reference fallback
- Replace 'Then in Claude Code' with runtime-agnostic phrasing

新增「回答工作流（Agentic Protocol）」：
- Step 1: 问题分类（事实型→先研究 / 框架型→直接答）
- Step 2: 定制化研究（反映此人物的分析习惯）
- Step 3: 基于真实数据 + 心智模型输出回答
