Remove internal CAM REST paths, auth header enumeration, and
retry/timeout details from the MCP reference. Narrow the illustrative
tool schema to parameters agents need; auth is handled by the server.
Align the agent workflow with the registered MCP tool only
(fetch-cam-bpa-findings). Replace the list-projects step with explicit
user confirmation of project id or name, matching aemcs-migration-mcp.
The tessl-review validator expects allowed-tools to be a space-separated
string, not a YAML array. This caused all 14 dispatcher skills (7 in
cloud-service, 7 in 6.5-lts) to fail validation with 17% scores.

The license-field CI check requires all SKILL.md files to have a
license: field in their YAML frontmatter. Added license: Apache-2.0
to 7 files with existing frontmatter and added complete frontmatter
(name, description, license) to 4 workflow skills that had none.

Adds a new skill that automates the full zero-to-site onboarding flow:
GitHub repo creation from boilerplate, aem-code-sync installation,
DA content creation (nav/footer/index), and preview triggering.
Includes learnings from a real end-to-end run:
- da-auth-helper is installed from GitHub, not npm
- DA-sourced content requires Bearer auth on preview requests
- curl inline multiline content fails; temp files + @ syntax required
- /usr/bin/curl needed explicitly to avoid PATH issues in subshells
