feat: add external content safety instructions to skills
...
Add defensive prompt instructions to 10 skills flagged by Snyk for
indirect prompt injection (W011). Each skill that processes external
content now includes an "External Content Safety" section instructing
the agent to treat fetched content as untrusted and never follow
embedded directives.
