Hz_ 0694b4af57 fix: include user model settings in /user/me response (#15320) ...

### What problem does this PR solve?

Fixes the `/user/me` response so it returns the current user's model
settings correctly.

### Type of change

- Added model settings data to the `/user/me` response.
- Kept the response structure compatible with existing user profile
fields.
- Avoided changing unrelated user/session behavior.
