Qi Wang 57aec2e65d Fix bug: run Knowledge graph or RAPTOR, it will update an existing task (#14102) ...

### What problem does this PR solve?

It fixed the bug: https://github.com/infiniflow/ragflow/issues/14101
When run Knowledge graph or RAPTOR, the last document running status
will be wrongly set, see below:
It should never touch existing document result.
