Collapse the nine identical **"cut through the last `</think>`"**
implementations — mirroring Python's `re.sub(r"^.*</think>", "", s,
re.DOTALL)` — into one shared helper `common.StripThinkTrailing`,
preventing future behavior drift between copies.
