Jack	6143205b37	feat: implement GET /api/v1/agents/<agent_id>/versions/<version_id> API (#15640) ... ## Summary Implement the `GET /api/v1/agents/<agent_id>/versions/<version_id>` endpoint in Go, returning full version details including DSL.
