db9e782747 Go: implement provider: MinerU (#14990) 
### What problem does this PR solve?

Implement MinerU Provider

**The following functionalities are now supported:**

**MinerU**

- [x] Parse file
- [x] Show task
- [ ] ~~List tasks~~

**Verified examples from the CLI:**
