## Summary
Improve the UX of the **"Delimiter for text"** field on the dataset
configuration page. The field is a single string with a backtick-based
mini-syntax, but both the tooltip and the surrounding UI failed to
surface what delimiters the backend would actually derive from a given
value — leaving users to discover by trial-and-error that the same
string produces different splits depending on file type (see #7436,
#4704, #9680).
### Summary
This PR adds **aimlapi.com** as a model provider, so a RAGFlow user can
enter one API key in the model settings and use AIMLAPI's models across
the app. AIMLAPI ([aimlapi.com](https://aimlapi.com)) is an
OpenAI-compatible aggregator that serves 700+ models (LLM, embedding,
vision, TTS, ASR) from many providers behind a single API.
The change mirrors the repo's existing "add provider" pattern (e.g.
FuturMix / OpenRouter): provider logic lives in the same files those
providers use, and shared / UI files get only registration entries.
**Backend**
- `conf/llm_factories.json` — the `aimlapi.com` factory entry.
- `rag/llm/__init__.py`, `rag/llm/{chat,embedding,cv}_model.py` —
LiteLLM adapters (chat, embedding, image2text) with a production base
URL, overridable via `AIMLAPI_API_URL`.
- `rag/llm/model_meta.py` — an `AIMLAPI` model-meta so the provider
lists its full `/v1/models` catalog dynamically (classified by the
endpoint `type`), the same way OpenRouter does.
- `api/apps/restful_apis/aimlapi_api.py` — an optional "Get API key"
flow using AIMLAPI's agent-authorization (OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization
Grant, RFC 8628). The device code is kept server-side (Redis); only the
issued key reaches the browser.
**Frontend (`web/`)**
- Provider registration (constant, icon allowlist, brand logo), the
model picker (`LIST_MODEL_PROVIDERS` + a `buildLocalConfig` entry), and
the "Get API key" button in the provider dialog. Locales added to `en`
and `zh`.
**Configuration** — production defaults are compiled in; endpoints and
the partner id are overridable through `AIMLAPI_*` environment
variables, so the same build works across environments.
**Testing** — the `web` build passes; chat, embedding and dynamic model
listing were smoke-tested against the live API.
## What
The Japanese locale (`web/src/locales/ja.ts`) was missing translations
for **1703 of 2686 keys (~63%)**. Because i18next's `fallbackLng`
silently falls back to English for any missing key, most of the UI
stayed in English even after selecting 日本語 — e.g. the Settings > Model
Providers page, the Agent/Flow builder, dataset configuration panels,
and more.
This PR fills in all 1703 missing keys with Japanese translations.
Both backends serve GET /api/v1/language. Frontend calls it once and
caches. By this way, front end can know the backend is go or python and
thus can determine which part of logic to load.

languages (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, etc.)
- Thread the KB `language` parameter through the full tokenization
pipeline (14 parser modules + task executor)
- Add Dutch to the frontend language lists and cross-language form
## Problem
RAGFlow uses the English Porter stemmer + WordNet lemmatizer for **all**
BM25 tokenization, regardless of the knowledge base language setting.
This produces incorrect stems for non-English text. For example:

This degrades BM25 recall for any non-English knowledge base.
## Solution
NLTK already ships Snowball stemmers for 16 languages. This PR:
1. **`rag/nlp/rag_tokenizer.py`**: Overrides `tokenize()` with
`set_language()` and `_normalize_token()` that selects the correct NLTK
Snowball stemmer. Falls back to Porter for unmapped languages (Chinese,
Japanese, Korean, etc. — these use character-based tokenization anyway).
2. **`rag/nlp/__init__.py`** + **14 `rag/app/*.py` parsers** +
**`rag/svr/task_executor.py`**: Threads the `language` parameter through
`tokenize()`, `tokenize_chunks()`, `tokenize_table()`, and all callers.
3. **Frontend**: Adds Dutch (`Nederlands`) to `LanguageList`,
`LanguageMap`, `LanguageAbbreviationMap`, `LanguageTranslationMap`,
cross-language form field, and `en.ts` locale.
## Backward Compatibility
- Default language is `"English"`, preserving existing behavior for all
current users
- Languages without a Snowball stemmer mapping fall back to Porter (no
change)
- No new dependencies — NLTK Snowball is already bundled
### What problem does this PR solve?
This PR adds Google BigQuery as a first-class data source connector in
RAGFlow.
It enables users to ingest and sync BigQuery data using the same
row-to-document model used by relational database connectors: selected
content columns become document text, metadata columns become document
metadata, an optional ID column provides stable document IDs, and an
optional timestamp column enables cursor-based incremental sync.
The connector supports service-account JSON credentials, table mode,
custom query mode, GoogleSQL queries, cursor-based incremental sync,
deleted-row pruning support, configurable query limits such as
`maximum_bytes_billed`, dry-run validation, batch loading, stable
document IDs, and BigQuery-aware value serialization.

### What problem does this PR solve?
Fixes#14882
Agent webhook execution currently fails open when the saved webhook
`security` block is missing/empty, or when `auth_type` is set to `none`.
This allows unauthenticated webhook invocation without an explicit
operator opt-in.
This PR makes anonymous webhook access explicit:
- Rejects missing or empty webhook security config.
- Requires `allow_anonymous: true` when `auth_type` is `none`.
- Preserves explicit anonymous webhooks by having the frontend serialize
`allow_anonymous: true` when the user selects `None` auth.
- Updates webhook unit tests to cover both denied implicit-anonymous
configs and allowed explicit-anonymous configs.
