ae256bcf59 feat(chunker): add ManualChunker for manual-layout PDFs (#18272) 
Add `ManualChunker`, the Go port of Python's `manual` doc-type chunk method (`rag/app/manual.py`). Like `GroupTitleChunker` it merges adjacent text records into heading-bounded groups, but it first re-sorts the records into physical reading order before grouping.

Make `ResolveModelContentLength` honor the per-model custom **context window length** (`content_length`) — stored in the Python-legacy `tenant_model.extra["max_tokens"]` field, whose semantic meaning is the context window, NOT the generation cap — **before** any provider-catalog read, and remove the parallel service-layer implementation so every consumer shares one resolution path.

73d006fa0e Add OceanBase and SeekDB Go document engine (#17780) 
## What changed

- add an OceanBase/SeekDB Go document engine using `database/sql` and
the existing MySQL driver
- preserve the Python connector's configuration, physical table names,
schema, index names, and ARRAY/JSON/VECTOR encodings
- implement chunk, memory, document metadata, skill, SQL, full-text,
vector, and fusion search paths
- support `DBMS_HYBRID_SEARCH.SEARCH` behind the existing feature flag,
with SQL fallback only when the package is unavailable
- wire the engine into retrieval, memory, metadata, vector hydration,
and SQL chat flows
- add Python/Go compatibility contracts, SQL mock tests, and an
integration-tagged round-trip test

a55a438b42 fix(go-agent): finish retrieval component (#17845) 
- Prefer canonical `dataset_ids` over legacy `kb_ids` in Canvas
retrieval components.
- Cover selected and explicitly cleared dataset IDs with regression
tests.
- Add cross-language retrieval with dataset-specific embedding and
rerank models.
- Support vector and keyword similarity controls, metadata filtering,
TOC enhancement, and child-chunk expansion.
- Route Canvas retrieval across datasets and memories with compatible
embedding validation.
