Fix invalid httpx2 package name in requirements-dev.txt requirements-dev.txt referenced httpx2>=2.0, which is not a real PyPI package. tests/backlot/test_server.py uses fastapi.testclient.TestClient, which depends on httpx. Corrected to httpx>=0.24. 2026-08-10 16:03:41 +05:30			`httpx>=0.24`
