zernie	dc11398fe5	chore(api): regenerate API surface snapshots after #79 (#81) ... The Codex-experimental caveat added in #79 introduced additive public API (CODEX_TRIGGER_RATE_EXPERIMENTAL on vigiles/codex; optional `experimental?` fields on EvalDriver and TriggerRateReport on vigiles/testing) but the committed api-surface snapshots were never regenerated, so the API surface gate has been failing on main. Audit rule-routing map (ESLint full + Pylint basics; dynamic catalog, S0/S1 markers, construct/docstring patterns) with the four lanes sharpened (enforceable / hook / custom-rule / judgment-call) and the pr-to-lint-rule gated synthesis skill. Dogfood CI-enforced + indexed (compiler gate asserts verdicts; bench corpus guards; research/dogfood-corpus.md + a vendoring-policy rule; per-adapter asymmetry documented). Repo-structure cleanup: dev/ -> .claude/skills, schemas/ parked under src/, fixtures/ -> test/fixtures, etc/ -> api-surface/, scripts/tools split, root CLAUDE.md Layout map. BREAKING CHANGE: the audit --json schema bumps schemaVersion 1 -> 2 (the mechanism enum for an unrouted rule changed "compile" -> "synthesize").	2026-07-15 05:38:20 +05:00
