figma-design-extractorスキルを2つの専門特化したスキルに分離しました：
- figma-design-analyzer: Figmaデザインの分析・抽出
- nextjs-react-implementation: Next.js/React実装の生成

**figma-design-analyzer** (`frontend_nextjs_development/skills/figma-design-analyzer/`)
- Figma MCP toolsを使った設計情報の抽出
- レイアウト、スペーシング、タイポグラフィの分析

- 設計仕様書（Markdown形式）の生成
- 5つの分析ガイドを含む

TOYOTA, Yoichi bbe9b5d40c Fix nested root configuration error in biome_format.sh 
モノレポ環境で複数のbiome.jsonが存在する場合、Biomeがネストされたroot設定エラーを発生させる問題を修正しました。

変更内容:
- --config-pathオプションを削除
- biome.jsonがあるディレクトリに移動してから実行するように変更
- サブシェルを使用して元の作業ディレクトリを保持

これにより、親ディレクトリのbiome.jsonを検索せず、意図した設定ファイルのみを使用します。
