Add an August 2026 What's New entry announcing the new Frontier Harness
Design Breakdowns section (Pi, Claude Code, Codex, DeepSeek) to the English
README and all 14 translated READMEs.
- New zh column "前沿 Harness 拆解": teardowns of Pi, Claude Code, Codex,
and DeepSeek Harness designs with source references, mapped to the
course's five-subsystem framework
- Wire column into zh nav, sidebar, and home page cards
- Drop Star History section from README and all 15 locale readmes
Introduce Lecture 14 (From Single Loops to Graph Engineering) and Project 08
(Draw Your Workflow as a Graph), translated into all 15 locales. Update the
sidebar config, per-locale READMEs (what's-new blocks, learning path phases
7-8, project evolution, and outline links pointing to each locale's docs),
and the root/zh-CN READMEs.
Key content: the four stacked layers (prompt to context to loop to graph) and
where harness sits, the four parts of a graph, why in-loop checkpoints can't
fix the three structural failures at scale, a framework-agnostic six-step
build walkthrough, graph vs. workflow, anchors, and the open-source
landscape before vs. after the name.
- Add a full Ukrainian documentation-site locale (`docs/uk/`, 90 pages:
lectures, projects, resource library, skills) and register `uk` in the
VitePress config (nav, sidebar, theme labels) plus the landing-page
browser-language redirect.
- Add `docs-readme/uk-UA/README.md` (Ukrainian project README) with
Ukrainian site screenshots, add the Ukrainian language badge to every
README badge bar, list it in the translation index, and bump the
language count 14 -> 15.
- Add `skills/README-UK.md` and the Ukrainian badge to the skills README
nav bars and directory listing.
- Add Ukrainian per-project READMEs (`projects/project-0{1..6}/README-UK.md`).
- Add `skills/harness-creator/README-UK.md` and `SKILL.md.uk` (Ukrainian
variant mirroring `SKILL.md.en`; the active `SKILL.md` is unchanged).
- Register `uk` targets in the README screenshot capture script.
- Preserve all code blocks, mermaid diagrams, and runnable examples;
only prose is translated. Verified with `npm run docs:build`.
Docs were restructured to add a language layer (docs/en/...) but links
in README, docs-readme locales, and projects still pointed to the old
paths (docs/lectures/, docs/projects/). Also convert three non-existent
example file references in lecture-04 to plain text.

- Create missing README-RU.md and README-UZ.md at root level
- Create docs-readme/ru-RU/README.md and docs-readme/uz-UZ/README.md
