Every forward-carried bisect on e8934ade9 is read against a hook-storm
anchor of 145/600 measured on 2026-07-29. workflow-server deploys
independently of this repo, so that anchor may not describe the base
today — and if it does not, the SDK bisects are measuring the wrong axis.
This branch is the base, unmodified, storming tonight.
