Peter Wielander 9f54413b68 test: measure call-site correlation IDs with the precondition guard off

TEMPORARY measurement branch — do not merge. The precondition guard is on by
default, so every prior repro arm already included it. This arm turns it off to
isolate what, if anything, the guard contributes on the storm workload.
