Mitul Shah b5396bc932 Move run attributes into their own detail card (#2327 )

* Move run attributes into their own detail card

Render the run's `attributes` field as a dedicated collapsible
DetailCard in the detail panel instead of as a cramped JSON value
inside the top metadata key/value list.
