John Lindquist 7a124e6561 Add sitemap field to skill metadata: parse metadata.sitemap in skill-map-frontmatter.mts, add sitemap to SkillConfig interface and KNOWN_KEYS, render sitemap URLs in buildDocsBlock() alongside doc links, include sitemap in generated manifest, and add sitemap URLs to 35 SKILL.md files for domains that have sitemap.xml. Also fix 15 broken doc URLs across 14 skills (vercel.com/docs path changes, anthropic docs, stripe, descope, flags-sdk, ai-sdk). Bump to 0.16.1.
