Implemented the ability to export Mermaid diagrams in SVG, PNG, and MMD formats. Updated the Mermaid component to include a download dropdown for selecting the desired format. Enhanced tests to cover the new download features.

This PR memoizes Markdown components to prevent re-renders in children. I'll include a video.

Note: This fix doesn't solve `anchor` because of how `hardern-react-markdown` works.
