Fixes#86951
Removes the deprecated legacy `url.parse()` API (DEP0169) from the
custom-server example. The `parsedUrl` parameter is optional, so the
simplest fix is to remove the `parse()` call and pass only `(req, res)`
to the handler, matching the docs code block that was already updated in
#86986.
## Description
This PR ensures that the default prettier config is used for examples
and templates.
This config is compatible with `prettier@3` as well (upgrading prettier
is bigger change that can be a future PR).
## Changes
- Updated `.prettierrc.json` in root with `"trailingComma": "es5"` (will
be needed upgrading to prettier@3)
- Added `examples/.prettierrc.json` with default config (this will
change every example)
- Added `packages/create-next-app/templates/.prettierrc.json` with
default config (this will change every template)

Strategized with @balazsorban44 to open one larger PR, with changes to individual examples as separate commits.
For each example, I researched how multiple realworld codebases use the featured technology with TypeScript, to thoughtfully convert them by hand - nothing automated whatsoever.
