fix: resolve lint errors
...
- use template literals instead of string concatenation
- add block statements for early returns
- move regex patterns to top-level constants
- replace while loop with for...of using matchAll
- replace nested ternary with if-else
- remove unused variables
- fix import ordering and quote styles
