- Change requireUnixElevation return type from boolean to void
- Switch macOS KeepAlive to unconditional restart
- Wrap ensureCerts with actionable error message mentioning OpenSSL
- Escape percent signs in Windows batch env values
- Make portless clean uninstall the startup service before removing state
- Add tests for KeepAlive, percent escaping, and tryUninstallService
- Document that portless clean removes the service automatically
