Ratelimit was the one Upstash product with a skill but no matching keyword
in the plugin manifests. Added to all four so marketplace search and
keyword-based activation reach it.
* feat: add Agent Plugins portable manifest
Add a root plugin.json conforming to the Agent Plugins 1.0.0 spec
(https://agent-plugins.org). Skills are auto-discovered from skills/,
so no other changes are needed; there is no MCP server, so no mcp.json.
* chore(manifests): reorder product list in plugin descriptions
List products as Redis, QStash, Workflow, Box, Ratelimit, Vector,
Search in every manifest description. Also add the missing Ratelimit
to the Codex interface.shortDescription, and drop the undocumented
displayName and redundant skills override from the Cursor manifest.
