The skills CLI command leads on every page and in both llms.txt files,
then the Claude Code and Codex plugins, then Claude Desktop, with the
same labels in all five locales. The CI bare-install gate now runs the
README command; with a single agent the CLI copies straight into
~/.claude/skills and the ~/.agents/skills assertion could never hold.
