Tobias Lütke e68d5b4636 fix(bin): spawn process.execPath so native addons match install ABI (#879) 
The trampoline re-resolved `node` from PATH, so nvm/fnm/mise in the
working directory could load a different major and fail with
NODE_MODULE_VERSION. Pin Node to the binary that launched bin/qmd.
