Sergey Shcherbak 28d859ab39 fix(codex): detect desktop-bundled CLI on macOS (#3445) 
On macOS, prefer PATH `codex`, then ChatGPT.app / legacy Codex.app bundled CLIs with executable + timed SIGKILL version probe.

Closes the Desktop-only Codex install gap; RCA follow-up remains under #3611 / plan-23.
