Package-facing security patch for the #3861 / #3985 credential-leak fixes
(unauthenticated /api/settings redaction, MCP workspace containment, host
bind tightening). Publish-ready; do not npm publish from this PR.

Alex Newman 2db6a1f506 build: regenerate plugin bundles from merged sources 
Bundle conflicts during the PR merge sweep were resolved to main's side;
this rebuild brings every shipped artifact back in sync with src/.

Alex Newman b3eafc82b9 feat(sync): complete SyncHub-only client cutover 
Retire legacy client adoption and per-kind sync state, establish the one-time launch boundary, and expose authenticated Hub health. Add bounded device metadata and a loopback-only two-client protocol-v2 matrix E2E.

Alex Newman d03392f8da build: rebuild plugin bundles with fixed prompt mapper and v40 self-repair 
Regenerated from src including 7c8c6ebc7 (joined drain pushes real
memory_session_id/project on prompts) and 5af1b059b (v40 requeue +
backfill lane). Deployed live: v40 re-queued all 20,226 local prompts
and the worker drained them to zero through the backfill lane with no
errors.

Alex Newman 2e15df0e8d build: regenerate plugin bundles from integrated source 
Reconciles plugin/scripts/*.cjs, plugin/sqlite/* against the cherry-picked
source (worker-host, spawn shims, marketplace repair, sqlite/settings,
sqlite runtime modules, codex Windows hooks, SDK proxy env). Excludes the
observer-truncation and project re-keying regressions.
