- Add check-commits hook that fails with instructions when uncommitted changes exist
- Add new jutsu-han-plugins plugin for han plugin development
- Add coverage-ratchet script for jutsu-elixir
- Add claude rules for han-cli, hooks, mcp environment, and blueprints
- Update browse-client components (VirtualList, CodeBlock, ToolUseBlock)
- Expand han-native Rust bindings with new CRUD operations
- Improve hook orchestration with session-scoped file filtering
- Update MCP server and tools with memory/learn capabilities
- Remove obsolete lint-plugins.sh and sync-detection-criteria.js scripts
