xsser 37db2517ca fix(agents): remove all hardcoded version paths + enforce PUA injection template ...

- Removed 11 hardcoded 2.3.0 version paths across 4 files
  (agents/tech-lead-p9.md, cto-p10.md, senior-engineer-p7.md, p9-protocol.md)
- All paths now use Glob search: **/pua/skills/pua/SKILL.md
- P9 protocol: P8 spawn template upgraded to mandatory fixed footer
  - Explicit 5-step injection: Glob→Read→file domain→verify→[PUA生效]
  - Explains WHY Glob+Read (subagent has no Skill tool, no slash commands)
  - Marked as "铁律不是建议" to prevent P9 from skipping
