johno acea5b8916 Add experimental stripe-directory Claude plugin ...

Splits the stripe-directory and stripe-projects skills out into a new
providers/claude/directory plugin containing only those two skills
(no agents, commands, or MCP config). Removes the skills from the
main providers/claude/plugin folder and registers the new plugin in
the marketplace for testing.
