Add CRUD commands for managing browser credentials (create, list, update, delete) with supporting API utilities and browser lifecycle integration.

hussufo aad20557d4 feat(browser): add captcha status command and named session targeting 
Add `steel browser captcha status` command to check CAPTCHA solving progress
with `--wait` flag for polling until resolution. Also add `--session` flag
to `stop` and `live` commands to target named sessions instead of only the
active session.
