Robin Goetz 5cfd8015f4 fix: tolerate @angular/cdk < 21.2 in menu trigger transform-origin (#1554 )

CdkMenuTrigger.transformOriginSelector ships in @angular/cdk 21.2, but brain still declares a
>=21.0.0 peer and the CLI scaffolds consumers onto 21.0.x. The dropdown-menu, context-menu and
menubar triggers referenced the property directly, so a generated app on CDK 21.0/21.1 failed to
compile (TS2339) - which the cli-smoke all-components cell correctly caught.

Assign through a structural cast so the property is optional at the type level: it sets the
selector on CDK >= 21.2 and is a harmless no-op on older CDK. Regenerate the CLI templates from
the patched helm sources.
