* feat: add Get Started tip to end of argent init flow

New users finished init and asked "what now?" — surface the
"ask your assistant What can Argent do?" tip from the README
as a final note before the outro so the next step is obvious.

* style: make Get Started tip more prominent in init flow

Bold colored title, bold cyan call-to-action indented on its own
line, and a dimmed tagline below — so the "what now?" answer
visually pops instead of reading as another summary line.

* style: fold outro into Get Started note and make it more prominent

* style: render Get Started as outro so the end of init flow is clear

* style: restore boxed banner around Get Started tip, keep outro terminator

* human fix
