Hubert Gancarczyk 3e028b2bd1 docs(flow): move the nested-wait sentence's twin, and pin the pair
live-authoring.md was corrected on this branch; flow-start-recording's
description - the surface an agent reads BEFORE it records anything - still
said "A wait nested inside a recorded run-sequence gets neither warning ... so
for those, read `toolResult`". After this branch there is no recorded
run-sequence to read one from: an unmet nested wait stops the batch, so the
recorder refuses the whole call.

Both halves verified over HTTP against a tool-server built from this branch and
a Chromium (CDP) target:

unmet nested message names the wait, `recorded` absent, stepCount 1 -> 1
held nested recorded as an opaque `tool: run-sequence` step, no warning,
where the SAME selector recorded directly does warn (an
                 `<input type=password aria-label="Secret code">`, which the
                 runner tree redacts to `[password]`)

So the sentence now names the refusal for the wait that did not hold, keeps the
silence for the one that did, and gives the remedy live-authoring.md gives.
A test in flow-skill-docs holds the two surfaces together.
