No test ran scroll-to against an addressable scroller, so deleting !sameFrame from targetScrollerFrame left the suite green while the target elected itself as its own clip - zero headroom, and the nudge silently gone. The case pins the outer scroller winning the clip and the 0.105 travel it measures.
