Conflicts were import blocks in `packages/tool-server/src/http.ts` and `packages/telemetry/test/sanitize.test.ts`, both additive on each side and resolved as unions. `test/http-tools-meta.test.ts` merged without a marker but needed a fix: main added it asserting the failure meta with `toEqual`, so this branch's new `invalid_param_issues` made the exact match fail. A strict-object rejection derives that field as `["unrecognized_keys"]`, the same token `deriveInvalidParams` already emits, so the expectation gains it.
