Ignacy Łątka 7eb4cd34c9 fix(screenshot-diff): stop promising the agent a path it never receives ...

`outputDir` said the result carries the images' paths. Over MCP it does not:
`screenshotDiffToMcpContent` emits the inlined context image and the summary
text and nothing else, so neither field reaches the agent - which this PR's own
summary code already says three files away (#826). The sentence now states only
what lands in the directory, and an assertion fails if any agent-facing string
of this tool promises a path in the result again.
