Ignacy Łątka ab622d8ae1 fix(cli): stop flow list reporting an unreadable flows directory as absent ...

The list arm's catch had no discriminant, so EACCES, ELOOP or ENOTDIR on
.argent/flows printed the missing-directory sentence on stdout and exited 0.
Only ENOENT keeps that message; every other errno prints the same
`Could not read flow directory: <path>` on stderr and exits 2 that
`argent flow run <dir>` already does.
