Ignacy Łątka e8c9de68ac fix(flows): classify a flow step that omits a selector key ...

`badEntry` measured `JSON.stringify(raw).length`, and `JSON.stringify`
returns the value `undefined` for an absent entry, so a step written
without its `in:`/`into:` key crashed with a raw TypeError instead of the
classified FailureError. The unclassified throw also carried no
`error_kind`, so `argent flow run <dir>` stopped the whole batch on one
invalid file.
