- StepReport.warning: only a `run-sequence` step carries a keyboard note on a
  fail/skip; a nested `flow-execute`'s notes stay on the sub-flow's own step
  reports (`rawStepKeyboardNote` handles keyboard/run-sequence only)
- keyboard description: physical iOS types the whole string in one XCTest call
  like TV/Vega, so it cannot "stop between keys" mid-call — that clause is the
  iOS simulator and Chromium
